近日,备受瞩目的《文明7(Sid Meiers Civilization VII)》导演Ed Beach在接受《Edge》杂志采访时,着重谈到了一个长期存在于《文明》系列里的关键问题。那就是在过往的很长时间中,玩家未能完成战役的情况屡屡出现,而此次新加入的“时代系统”,正是旨在妥善解决这一难题,为玩家带来更好的游戏体验。
许多《文明》系列玩家常常在游戏进行到一半时放弃,未能完成整个对局。为了解决这一问题,《文明7》引入了“时代系统”,显著提高了玩家完成战役的比例。
比奇解释道:“‘时代系统’的核心目标是减轻玩家的负担,帮助他们顺利完成游戏,而不会因管理任务和决策过多而感到不堪重负。”
在《文明6》中,玩家需要经历多个时代的过渡(如古代、文艺复兴、现代等),而《文明7》则将战役划分为三个主要时代:古代、探索时代和现代。每个时代的开始都会为玩家提供新的文明选择,而不仅仅作为游戏进度的标志。
比奇表示,尽管最初开发团队并不确定这一新系统是否能奏效,但他认为值得尝试。最终,设计和质量保证团队反馈非常积极,许多玩家能够顺利玩到游戏的结局,并且结局十分有趣。
